  • Conduct a thorough intake and review of all contract documents for accuracy and completeness

  • Proactively resolve missing or incomplete paperwork through direct agent and party follow-up

  • Coordinate title engagement and ensure escrow is established and tracked appropriately

  • Monitor earnest money timelines and confirm receipt per contract terms

  • Track all contractual milestones and deadlines to ensure nothing is missed

  • Introduce all parties to the transaction with clear communication and expectations

  • Provide secure, real-time access to transaction details through our operational platform

  • Maintain and complete all internal process checkpoints from contract to close

  • Deliver timely status updates to key parties as the transaction progresses

  • Store and organize transaction documentation in accordance with brokerage requirements

  • Schedule and coordinate inspections, surveys, and related appointments

  • Support clients with insurance coordination and required third-party services

  • Manage key dates through calendar coordination and reminders

  • Assist with home warranty coordination when applicable

  • Support utility transitions as needed for buyers and sellers

  • Prepare and review closing documentation and commission authorizations

  • Coordinate final walkthroughs and closing logistics

  • Ensure files meet final brokerage compliance standards prior to close

  • Support post-closing follow-up aligned with the agent’s client experience standards
